1 red beetroot (peeled and chopped)
1 apple (cored and chopped but you can leave the peel on)
1 orange (freshly squeezed)
1 teaspoon of fresh ginger (grated)
1 cup of coconut water
Fortunately, beet juice can be made with or without a juicer as long as you have a blender to hand (as long as it is a pretty powerful one). If you’re in the latter category, simply place all of your ingredients in your blender and give it a good blitz until the mixture runs smooth. Next, grab a strainer and pour the liquid through this into a chilled glass. You can even save the pulp to use for another purpose such as making a delicious cake!
If you do have a juicer, the process is similar but you can reduce the chopping, peeling, and grating! Simply run your ingredients through your juicer and enjoy the delicious beetroot juice that comes out of it. Serving it in an ice-chilled glass will make it even tastier.
